About

This blog is where I work through ideas out loud. I write about history, philosophy, theology, math, and culture, seeking the deeper meaning beneath events and ideas, while holding onto what truly matters.

I write anonymously, not because these thoughts are fragile, but because they feel clearer when separated from a name, and because our culture has grown increasingly hostile to free speech. Motherhood is also woven through this space, shaping the way I see the world, and deepening the need to think carefully about what will endure.

I write with the awareness that our civilization stands near the brink of destruction. These reflections are my way of bearing witness to that reality, while also hoping to contribute, however small, to its continuance and renewal, passing the torch in a time when the light feels threatened.

Writing here is my way of setting my thoughts in order, and giving them shape outside my head. It is less about polished answers, than about sharing the process, and trusting that something will come through that is worth sharing. I hope someone might appreciate it, and find meaning and purpose in it.
